Relating to the "Nyash Myash" Enjoykin video post, Just found this on YouTube (thanks Ed for the "poke"). It is the news conference from which the "Nyash Myash" video was taken from.
Please take note of what she says, in the first 2:30. I felt it was very strikingly aligned with a "by the people and for the people" theme.

If you don't see subtitles use captions button. You can find it right between "options" and "watch later".
Natalia Poklonskaya was in Kiev, when Maidan events occured, but after the armed takeover in Ukrainian capital she moved to her home city and took the role of Crimean attorney.
The subtitles were changed to more correct version, provided by Siegfried Zaytsev. If you want to fix anything in subtitles of any other video, please, write to anon96735@gmail.com, because otherwise your feedback can be easily lost in all the comments.
Even though it's already proved that I'm extremely bad in engrish, I'll proceed trying to make at least some timestamps.
Thank you for attention, sincerely yours Batnik.
