Below is an announcement posted on the OHA website, of which I just became aware today.
HM Edmund K. Silva, Jr., of the Kingdom of Hawai'i (KingdomofHawaii.info), will be sending out a response within a few hours, which may have an impact on these meetings and, at the very least, will provide helpful information for all who may attend.
If his response is not available before all (in Hawai'i) go to sleep, please check this blog first thing in the morning, as I will be posting it here.

OHA Board of Trustees to hold meetings on Kauaʻi
KAUA'I (July 9, 2014) – Native Hawaiians on Kaua'i will get an opportunity to voice concerns or support to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) at a community forum as well as a regular meeting scheduled by the Board of Trustees.
The forum is intended for OHA officials to listen to community concerns and highlight efforts to improve conditions within Hawaiian communities. Both meetings are open to the public. Here are the specifics:
