President Obama is still playing the line that the Russians have to back off, e.g., "There has to be a credible international investigation into what happened, and we must hold all, including Russia, accountable for that." So the cabal is still playing the "blame Russia whenever possible and bring back the good old 'comfortable (and more profitable) for us' Cold War" game. In my mind, that ain't cuttin' it any more, baby...
