I've chosen to publish this without any particular comment from myself. It is entitled, "Re: Inquiry into the Legal Status of the Hawaiian Kingdom as an Independent Sovereign State", and has to do with how the Office of Hawai'ian Affairs (OHA) is attempting to deal with the "Hawai'ian Sovereignty" issue.
Two more documents, from Ali'i Nui Moi Edmund K. Silva, Jr., will follow this one. One is a response to this letter, and the second is a call to the people for unity.
