Somehow or other, I ran across these articles in the Honolulu Civil Beat (started by Pierre Omidyar, who will be funding Glenn Greenwald's new news venture). Yes, I am still interested in Hawaii, and their "Hawaii News". This one in particular.
This, in my mind, is a "key" event. A "seed" event. Now that the seed has been planted on the Big Island and Kauai, it will start the crystallization of a new paradigm for Gaia... the entire planet Gaia. More on that later.
Believe it or not, I "get" that this is one of the many things that the past few days' mission, completed yesterday (10-16-13), assisted in bringing forth (the other was described in this post). A major purpose of the mission was to crack the old paradigm of "disrespect" for and "absolutely no alignment with the Native Beings of" the planet. And crystallize in the new one. And look at the dates on these articles... 10-16-13... same day as the mission completion!!
More on that later.

Big Island GMO Bill Passes Big Hurdle (10-16-13)
A bill on the Big Island that effectively bans biotech companies and new genetically engineered crops passed a first reading of the full county council on Tuesday.
The vote was 6 to 2, with Dennis Onishi and Greggor Ilagan voting against the bill.
The bill has to pass a second reading by the county council before it can be sent on to the mayor's office.
(The papaya industry is exempt from the bill.)
Big Island Video News has more on the vote. [article below]
