This pleading makes the case that the Kingdom still exists and has an operating government. This pleading also makes the case that the traditional Hawaiian faith still exists and the rights of practitioners are being bulldozed. Motion for Special Limited Appearance by Kingdom Representative. This motion seeks permission of the Court for myself, Chief Advocate for the Kingdom, Lanny Sinkin, to enter the case solely for the purpose of assisting Mr. Kaulia with complex issues related to his citizenship in the Kingdom and the attempted prosecution of him by the United States. The pleading has 1) a motion, 2) brief with exhibits, and 3) Appendix/Proffer with exhibits. The entire pleading, including exhibits, is 288 pages long. Below are displayed the motion, brief with exhibits, and the Proffer (without exhibits). I believe that this pleading demonstrates how valuable it is to the Hawaiian Independence Movement that Edmund Keli'i Silva, Jr., has stepped into the position of King.
