There is no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be realized. Investment Strategy Of The Scheme The Scheme will endeavour to maintain weighted average maturity profile of the portfolio of around 10 years through investments primarily in the range of Government Securities as per investment objectives of the Scheme and as per the SEBI Regulations. The normal range of weighted average maturity for the Scheme would be between 9 and 11 years. The residual maturity of the securities shall range between 8 to 12 years. By investing predominantly in Government Securities, the scheme aims to maintain a high degree of credit quality and liquidity. The objective is to enhance the returns and minimize the price risk and loss of capital even on a daily basis. The AMC will endeavour to meet the investment objective of the Scheme while maintaining a balance between safety, liquidity and return on investments. The Scheme will try to identify securities that yield relative value over others for similar risk and liquidity level. The Scheme does not intend to actively manage the duration of the portfolio.
