Okay, here I am at the ocean, at Puuhonua o Honaunau, for the first time in couple months. The waves are actually quite large, even though this photo doesn't show it. Yet even when walking near the foam it can knock you on your okole (rear end, aka, butt).

There is power coming through the waves on all levels now, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, whatever D you pick.

I'm saying that also if you see waves, keep eyes on them as you walk. You see and understand what's coming. When the thick deep foam comes in, my favorite stance is the sumo stance. Knees bent, arms out in front, welcoming what's coming, the power, the force, in a way that keeps you grounded on the Earth. Then you can deal with it all... physically, and metaphysically.

Okay. That's all for now. I'll be sitting here and watching the waves come in for awhile.

Aloha, Kp
