Blessings to all who are reading this Message at this Moment.

We come to you from a realm of deepest Love for this process which we have frame-worked for your Planet Earth. And from a realm of deepest Love for each individual participating in that process.

It has indeed felt rather difficult for you, in particular for those who are aware of what is going on. Ascension, as you term it, is not the safe path. Those who want it not are certainly comfortable, and enjoy living in their comfort zones. As many who will not ascend at this time will see, trying to maintain a status quo in body, mind, spirit, will be intensely dis-comfortable. And that means it will cause great discomfort in those attempting such. They still have opportunity for advancement, but only as the release these holds on old concepts will they be allowed the upward moving path.

As it becomes of too great discomfort for their restricted minds, they will either choose to leave the body, or else deep hole their bodies into false bunkers, which cannot protect them from these High Energies that now move much more rapidly than before. They will be encouraged to rise, but when unable to handle energies, they will zoom through the portal onto another world precisely like this one in 3D appearance, and operation like that old 3D world of familiarity to them.

Movement of energies is what is required of all on the Ascension pathway. This is indeed a choice of Spirit, Mind, Body, 5D, 4D, 3D, all at once, together as one. We give not the precise specifics but all there is to know here is that as you remain at Peace, in Joy, in Light, namely, stay in the In-Lightened state, this path of upward rising is a snap. Meaning, easy.

Resistors are the ones that have the challenges at this time. The current Energies are in constant motion. One moment, this path looks clear to be the one. The next moment, energies have shifted, and another path is "the one". Please remember this. This is a time of motion on all levels. his is true even on our level. We have also experience of your place and the process of Ascension en masse that is working.

Our final point to this is that there will be very clear delineations, definitions, of energies in your particular area of residence, so that you may attune to what is aligning with your Spiritual path of the moment by moment, as the changes occur, moment by moment. When you are aware in your Higher Self capital S we say that these phase thee not. And restrict you not. All energies are changing now at all levels, in all areas, in all locations on, above, and within this planet.

We are everywhere. You are at our watch every moment, as it is you, the carriers of this message that will be coming to us for guidance, and for assisting you to carry this message, once disclosure of the true Self and the true Planetary Self is exposed to the masses.

If this message confuses, perhaps it is because you are being prodded to find that message within, and not trust only this writer, or any writer. This one is momentarily our tool for communication. He is expendable in the sense that he is not your source. The Source for you is with You.

Just helpful to be aware, from now on, "Lots of Movement in the Energies Now". Energies are moving...rapidly, at all levels. Time to end.
