I did find another video (Sophie & Co., ~28 minutes long, from 2013) that explains much about being a drone pilot, and how the attacks are "coordinated" and who can "order" them. [So far, listening to the first guy on that video, he seems very detached, and only intellectually involved, and possibly protecting his `ōkole (rear end).]
